Our promise to you is that when using our service, the first attempt will be made within 24 hours of receipt of the service. In several instances, we have been able to complete a service on the same day that it was picked up. If for some reason we are not able to reach a defendant or witness, we promise to make at least three other attempts at the address at varying times morning, day or night. Unlike other process serving groups or organizations, we will attempt service on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays as well in an attempt to serve those who work long hours at the office during the week.
Our office will also submit your completed service to the appropriate court with a copy and stamped envelope for the clerk to return a stamped filed copy back to your office! We will scan and email you a copy of the completed service within 24 hours.
Our office also has the capability running a background check to find the most recent address and phone number of the defendant or witness. When it comes to obtaining a completed service, your goal becomes our goal the moment that we get your business.
